FAQ
Ritual Leaves FAQ

I want your experience with my ritual leaves to feel clear and intentional. Here are some of the most common questions I receive. If you have others, please don't hesitate to reach out.
How can I store my ritual leaves?
I recommend storing them in a jar, a lidded box, or any container that keeps them dry and protected. Many customers like to keep them on an altar or in a space where they perform rituals.
Can I use these leaves to make tea?
These leaves are selected with ritual use in mind, but many customers also enjoy using them to make tea. If you choose to make tea, please rinse the leaves thoroughly before brewing.
Are these leaves returnable?
Because bay leaves are a natural product and can be used in various ways, they are not returnable once shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email a photo to orders@shamonique.com so I can make it right.
What makes these ritual leaves different from the ones I can buy at a grocery store?
Each set of ritual leaves is carefully hand-selected. I choose leaves that are whole, beautiful, and suitable for ritual use. Grocery store bay leaves are typically broken, crumbled, or selected for culinary purposes. These leaves are chosen to be seen, touched, and used intentionally.
Do you offer wholesale?
I do offer wholesale and bulk orders. If you’re interested in purchasing in larger quantities, please contact me using the form on the Contact page or email orders@shamonique.com.
How are the ritual leaves shipped?
Your leaves are carefully bundled and packed to protect them during transit. While I take care in packaging, some minor chips or natural imperfections may occur — this is part of their natural beauty.
